01 / Overview
A compliance-first collaboration platform
NuBridgeMD connects nurse practitioners and physician assistants with licensed collaborating physicians across the United States, with matching, collaboration, tasks, scheduling and billing in one dashboard.
In many US states, NPs and PAs must maintain a formal collaboration agreement with a physician to practise. Finding the right match, staying compliant, and handling the paperwork is slow, opaque and manual. NuBridgeMD turns that into a guided digital experience: verified onboarding, admin- or self-driven matching, shared documents with e-signatures, task tracking, calendaring, and per-state subscription billing via Stripe.
I designed both sides of the marketplace as distinct, role-tailored portals that share one visual system, plus the NuBridgeMD brand identity.

Matching

Collaboration hub
Documents, messages and a chronological history tab per matched physician.

Calendar

Payment & subscription

Brand Identity
A trustworthy, modern healthcare mark
The identity pairs a folded-bridge “N” monogram with a care-cross shield, signalling connection and clinical trust. A calm navy base, an approachable bridge-blue, and a confident care-crimson carry across product, marketing and print.

Outcome
Reflection
The hardest part of a two-sided healthcare product isn't the screens; it's the trust.
Every flow had to make verification, compliance and money movement feel safe: a transparent onboarding tracker, an explicit terms step before any payment, and role-scoped views so each side only sees what's relevant to them. Designing two portals on one system kept the experience coherent while letting each role feel purpose-built.
